it is hard to stretch and I cant take long strides when i run. It hurts more when i sit down then when I stand up (for a long time)

The symptoms match with what I feel: burning and pain. I mean, it’s not that bad as before. I can do low impact exercises without pain. I just can’t do high impact exercises. The pain ranges from below the knee to the ankle. Anyone know of treatments? Stretches? Etc. Thanks for your help.
