I was running last week and somehow I tweeked my sciatic nerve. Ice seems to help but when the spot gets warm again the pain returns. Heat makes it hurt worse.

I was suffering from slipped disk and sciatica. I tried exercise, traction, etc but it did not help. I went to a bone setter who walked on my back pressing my vertebrae. I got relieved of my pain.

i have tried exercise, stretches and heat patches but nothing works. even ibuprofen dosnt completely ease the pain. im 24 and missing out on nights out with my friends…and my quality of life is poor. im on the waiting list to see a physio.
