Happy to be 31 weeks….Only about 6 weeks until I’m full term!! Doctors appts, hospital bag, sciatica pain, heartburn, family reunion, quilts, RLP.

For those who have experienced this, what have you found to be most effective in finding some relief? Physiotherapy? Acupuncture? Massage therapist? or Chiropractor?

I am suffering with sciatica (which I am having physio for) and my wisdom teeth are coming through which is very painful. Any help on pain relief? Paracetamol does not touch it!

I’m going to be brief but I need help if you know this:
3 months prior to delivery I started to feel extreme pain on my hips and back, they said it was the sciatic nerve and that it would go away,
