Other than taking Tylenol Arthritis formula and going to the chiropractor, I can’t recommend anything for sciatica.
Here is what I do every morning just to get moving and every time it acts up, Grab a large firm pillow or two regular ones,sit on the couch or on a chair ,slide your butt all the way back then push the pillows into your lap, I like to roll the pillows into a hard tube. Holing the pillows tightly against your stomach lean forward hunching over the pillows until you feel your low back stretching .Stay this way for 5 min.s and sit up slowly ,then lean forward again for 5 more min.s. Then stand up VERY SLOWLY!! Goo0d Luck

Not much, I hurt from it real bad when i was preggy and they tried doing pool exersizes with me..Didn’t help, you can take Tylonal or advil, extra strength works for me sometimes. Good luck
My physical therapist gave me some exercises to do for mine. If the condition is not caused by something serious like herniated disc or the like. try this. Lay flat on your stomach, on the floor, couch or bed, and press your upper body up off the floor with your hands until your arms are straight. Hold this for a ten count and go flat again. Repeat this 8 or 10 times moving slowly and stopping if you feel pain. It may help, it did me. Bending forward may only make the problem worse. That is usuually what causes it in the first place. Hope it helps!
If you can get hold of some Accupressure therapist … get some sessions done…it is very effective in sciatica…my mom is a accupressure therapist and I have seen a lot people get cured via this therapy..
