Wasn’t even sure what pelvic girdle pain was until I googled it. But the Sciatic-like pain made sense to me. My first pregnancy I had no real soreness thru that area today I lovingly call my “hind quarters” (tailbone butt hips haunches outside thighs) But this last pregnancy was a problem. The pain started early like the first few weeks. Some times it was just a general soreness other times if I would lift my hip or bear weight and twist the wrong way and get a shock down the nerves in my leg. Weird. It all bothered me enough that I saw a DO and he just shared some special stretches to help loosen up ligaments and muscles through the general area. Much relief. He didn’t want to do much for an adjustment because of the pregnancy but his suggestions did help.

Iv’e been doing chiropractic, and went to a PT appt today. It helped for about 5 minutes. Honestly, I’ve been told that childbirth is the only thing thats really going to help. Hope you have better luck.
